GTC ardently believes in the purpose and authority of the local church, aligning our efforts with Christian values. We are dedicated to community partnership, aiming to equip individuals to serve their church by journeying with those seeking sexual health support in overcoming struggles. Theologically, GTC is fully aligned with the Lausanne Covenant of 1974, a full version of which can be found here.

GTC currently has no employees or overhead to support. Our desire is not to grow a ministry of paid leaders; instead, we aim to empower lay people to follow the path Christ has mapped toward sanctification and health by journeying together in a spirit of community partnership. We uphold Christian values by ensuring that none of our events, groups, or partners will ever solicit financial contributions or charge people to participate in our sexual health support initiatives.

Addressing sexual addictions and unhealth is one of the most challenging topics for a church community, especially when we hold Christian values dear. We recognize that many individuals within our congregation struggle with lust in various forms, but discussing it invites 'the messy.' Our group serves as a vital community partnership, providing a safe and confidential space for those seeking sexual health support, even if they may not be aware of it.

We would be happy to be a part of or lead events that align with Christian values, sharing our testimonies and providing a space for men to realize they are not alone on their journey to Christ's freedom. Whether it is a men's breakfast, men's retreat, men's Bible Study, or an elder's meeting, GTC leaders would welcome the opportunity for community partnership to meet the men of your congregation where they are and offer essential sexual health support.

Many men prefer to meet in a group away from their home church to protect themselves from further exposure. Church buildings provide a level of safety and anonymity that appeals to many seeking sexual health support aligned with Christian values. If you have a classroom that could be made available for a group to meet in two hours a week, one day a week, we would greatly appreciate your help in fostering community partnership!
